The contestants were in for a big surprise at the beginning of tonight’s episode. Allison keeps them in the boardroom to tell them all that they are going to be making a trip to Sydney, Australia. The contestants are not only shocked but super ecstatic and they immediately start packing to go. Before they leave however, Ali and Kelly are in the girl’s room talking to Mark, trying to form an alliance with him to kick out Roger. On one hand Mark realizes it is a good idea, but he is not entirely comfortable about the idea. It doesn’t really matter since no one knows what is going to be happening over the next week. As the show begins Jillian shows up to see if it is Brittany or Jay who went home from the night before. She was generally crushed to see that Brittany was gone as it was Jay who is the bigger threat. She hoped the guys would be smart and vote for him to leave. Jillian realizes that this week is do or die and that if she doesn’t help the women do it, that the black team will be eliminated. Visit RealityTVMagazine.com for the full recap!

Trace, Carol, Lennox, and Piers have just gotten a huge shock. Just when they think the Boardroom spotlight is out for another week, The Donald brings them back in to announce that two more celebs will go home before the end of the night. He brings in CNBC’s Erin Burnett and Mad Money’s Jim Cramer to interview the Apprentices. “The one thing I’m good at is talking,” a confident Piers boasts. Get the scoop at RealityTVMagazine.com!

Tonight’s episode begins with an elimination. The teams gather in the Elimination Room around Alison, who quickly gets them down to the business of voting someone out. Maggie and Brittany are on the block tonight, and Dan, who won last week’s bicycle challenge, gets two votes. It basically comes down to who is the bigger threat, and Maggie is quickly voted out. Piers is beside himself, he’s so happy to see Omarosa gone. “It was like pitting a little rat against a very large dragon,” he says, cheering with his arms in the air. “I think her 15 minutes has just ended.” Visit RealityTVMagazine.com for the full recap!

The teams have barely had a chance to recover from last week’s elimination before they’re dragged back into the weigh-in room for a meeting with host Alison Sweeney. She explains to them that the game is about to change once again. A couple of doors open behind her, revealing all 14 previously-eliminated contestants, all eager for a shot at coming back. Piers is puffed up over last week’s “good, powerful win” over Empresario. However, not everyone shares that sentiment. Trace, who’s beginning to show some anti-Piers tendencies himself, ruffles under Piers’ suggestion that Trace had stabbed Tito in the back last week instead of sending Omarosa home. Jay’s “head’s still kinda foggy,” after the loss of his brother Mark. “There really is no justice when it comes to the scale,” he cries. In fact, the whole Blue Team seems kinda foggy when trainer Bob pays them a visit. He calls it “like a funeral” in the Blue room, adding, “I could not believe that Roger was sitting in that room!” But Bob is nothing if not good for a pep talk, and he pumps up Team Blue as best as he can. It looks so easy on TV, doesn’t it? After your task, file in to The Donald’s luxurious board room and sink into one of his cushy leather chairs. After a few minutes of heat, someone’s fired (hopefully not you), and you get to head back to the penthouse for a steak and lobster feast, right? Maybe not so much. She what recently-eliminated Celebrity Apprentice star, Nely Galan, told RealityTVMagazine.com!

“‘Sleepy Boy’ is back!” Lennox announces as he and Piers join the other contestants in the war room after Marilu’s elimination. Lennox doesn’t understand why he was called into the boardroom in the first place, believing that Piers and Marilu exaggerated his “sleepiness” in order to save their own hides. But Piers won’t cave to Tito’s and Stephen’s pressure to apologize to Lennox, because he believes that Lennox does skate by in the competition. Read how it all unfolded at RealityTVMagazine.com!

With ex-hubby Paul gone, Kelly is feeling uneasy and sad. “I feel very vulnerable,” she complains. “I guess I don’t like being alone.” But Kelly’s really the only one bemoaning Paul’s absence. Brittany says she feels like Team Black will be stronger without him, while Team Blue is too busy gloating to even really notice that he’s gone. “We wiped the floor with the Black Team,” Roger boasts. Omarosa is positively bubbling over with excitement to be on the other side of the board room doors for a change, as we wrap up the elimination-that-never-was from last week. She reckons The Donald must “really, really” like her, since he sent her to the other team and away from Piers. Piers’ take on the move: “Replacing Omarosa with Marilu is like replacing the devil with Nelson Mandela.” Read the full scoop at RealityTVMagazine.com!

At the end of last week’s elimination, host Alison Sweeney had gathered both teams around the elimination table to deliver some news. Tonight she finished the big announcement: “You’re going to the place that could prevent you from losing the weight you need to lose to reach your goals. You’re going home.” After 58 days on the ranch, this news is received as both a blessing and a curse. On the one hand, it will feel great for the homesick contestants to see their loved ones. On the other hand, there will be so much temptation to defy! Stop on over to RealityTVMagazine.com to see how everyone's trip home turned out!

Team Hydra sits in the war room, wondering who might come out on top of last week’s board room elimination. Piers hopes that it’s not Omarosa, who he calls “One of the most venomous poisons I have encountered…a pointless, irrelevant, ghastly little creature” (but, Piers, how do you really feel?). A somber Black Team greets us this week, reflecting on their devastating loss at last week’s weigh-in. “My team is just distraught today,” an uncharacteristically-soft Jillian says, offering hugs. “They were crushed by the Blue Team.” They feel it, too, although Maggie, perhaps most touched by losing her friend Jenn in the elimination, comes to the game with a newfound determination to win. Jillian gives Team Black a pep talk, and gets to the bottom of the crummy weigh-in results. Seems the ladies aren’t eating enough – 500 or 600 calories a day – and that, combined with six hours a day in the gym (yes, I said SIX HOURS A DAY), is enough to shut down their metabolisms. Jillian has a plan to get the girls eating again, and losing again. Will her plan pan out on the scale? Don't wait, find out now at RealityTVMagazine.com! Photograph courtesy of NBC.
